01 Our role

Fire & Ice Agency acts as an agency, connecting clients with independent artists and technical partners for events. Artists and technical partners engaged through us operate as independent freelancers, not as our employees.

02 Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the contact form on this website is a non-binding enquiry. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed to a written proposal and signed a booking agreement.

03 Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, bookings require a deposit of between 30 and 50 percent of the total fee at the time of confirmation, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the event.

04 Changes and cancellations

We understand that event plans can change. If your requirements change close to the event date, contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust the program together. Specific cancellation terms will be set out in your individual booking agreement.

05 Liability

We take reasonable care in selecting and coordinating artists and technical partners. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific booking in question. We recommend that clients and artists maintain appropriate insurance for their own activities.

06 Image and video usage

Unless otherwise agreed, we may use photos and video footage from events for promotional purposes, such as on this website and our social media channels.

07 Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland.
